Got this for my son for Christmas, he loves it, plays it all the time. It's a great continuation of the Lego series, can't wait for Harry Potter.
My kids love the desk charger, ear buds, case and little pads to clean the screen. One of my daughters thought the screen saver was a little too thick and the touch screen was therefore not as sensative as it should have been.
I would NEVER recommend buying from this company and the accessories offered can be purchased from other companies at better prices. Since no response was received from either e-Mail, I called Customer Service at the provided number. Then the DS proved to be defective and had to be replaced. It has now been 4 weeks since the phone call so,in my opinion, this company cares about the sale, not the follow-up. I had questions on one item included and e-Mailed Customer Service for assistance.
So, in other words, Good Luck If You Need Assistance. This caused us to need to replace an accessory that was used on the original. After using, another item needed replacing. I purchased this Accessory pack for the Nintendo DS that I had purchased for my Daughter for Christmas. Another e-Mail was sent.
A detailed message was left as the number was not answered.
Bought it for CHRISTmas for my daughter, along with her first Nintendo DS. Was concerned about damage to the screens, etc.The screen protectors work great, fit nicely and don't obscure the view in any way.The case and little pink bag are good quality and fit very nicely.The ear buds are adequate and haven't had the chance to use the car charger.So far, I think the purchase was worth it; my daughter was happy with it.
It all looked really cheap. We sent both bundles back but unfortunately I had to pay a "restocking" fee on them when we returned them. Also, the screen protectors are so thick that my girls, 7 and 4, were unable to activate the game using the touch screen without really pressing hard and even then there was a delay in activating the game characters/objects and often times it still didn't work at all. Forget about putting in an extra game or anything. The DS console did not fit into the case very well at all. We received two of these for my girls for Christmas. I could barely zip the thing closed. The rest of it we didn't even bother trying out.
